The following Terms and Conditions apply to this website which is operated by Grange Bowmen Inc. These terms and conditions detail the process for booking and attending events at Grange Bowmen Inc.

Terms and Conditions of Entry to Grange Bowmen Inc.

  1. All persons shall present their Grange Bowmen Inc and Australian Bowhunters Association (ABA) membership cards or probationary cards on request.
  2. All attendees to events or instructional sessions on site must be booked into the session, this includes guardians, visitors or spectators.
  3. All persons who fail to comply with following the club requirements, Range Officer (RO) directions and/or conditions of entry, shall face disciplinary action.
  4. All persons agree to follow all RO, Grange Bowmen Inc and committee notifications, directions and instructions.
  5. Members agree to follow all signage and directions posted on site, on social media or email notification.
  6. All persons agree to sign in and out of the Grange Bowmen Inc premises via the google docs document, accessed via QR code.
  7. Upon making a booking, all persons have read and agree to follow all terms and conditions listed above.

Legal Declaration - (for membership)

  1. By submitting the membership application, I, the applicant, agree to adhere to and be bound by the Grange Bowmen Inc. club constitution and bylaws. Neither I, nor any member of my family, have been a professional archer as defined by the Australian Bowhunters Association. I understand that shooting without an active membership is prohibited, and I must pay the full membership fee in order to retain my membership and continue using the range. I have read, understood, and agree to the rules of membership as outlined on this website.
  2. If applying on behalf of a junior/cub: I agree that I am 18 years or older, am the legal parent/guardian of the applicant named on the membership application form, and am prepared to take full responsibility for the applicant.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Our club has limited spaces and many of our classes sell out. For this reason we request that you advise us in writing a minimum of 72 hours before your scheduled class, if you wish to cancel.
  2. Cancellations with 72 hours notice, will be offered either. Either a refund, credit to the next available class or participant substitution, where you may nominate a substitute participant.
  3. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notification, will be offered a credit towards another class or you may nominate a substitute participant at no cost.
  4. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notification or 'No Shows', will forfeit payment in full.

How to Cancel your booking

  2. Make sure you include in your email your name, booking date, booking time and contact number, this will assist us with processing your cancellation.
  3. Please email us as soon as possible so we can best assist you.
